Samsung goes UMPC: NC10

Asus, MSI, Lenovo, Blue and several others have flood the UMPC market with a number of models which is why it’s no surprise why big names like Dell and HP wanted to cash in on the market as well.  This time around, it’s Samsung with it’s NB100 Netbook.


Rumored specs for the NC10 are as follows:

  • Intel Atom N270 chipset at 1.6GHz
  • 1GB RAM
  • 80-160GB hard drive
  • 1024×600 widescreen 10.2-inch LCD
  • integrated 1.3MP webcam
  • 3 USB ports
  • WiFi 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth
  • Battery life lasts up to 8 hours (allegedly on it’s 6-cell battery)

The NC10 is offered with Windows XP Home only.

These netbooks will come in 3 colors (black, gold, and silver)

The NC10 is expected at the  Php 28,500
